XLPE 절연 전원 케이블의 경우, PE의 분자를 라이너 구조에서 3 차원 네트워크 구조, 즉 열가소성 PE로 변환하고 열경화성 XLPE로 변환하기 위해 화학적 방법 또는 물리적 방법을 사용했습니다. 가교 결합 후 기계적 성능, 가열 노화 특성 및 주변 응력 저항성이 크게 개선되었으며 뛰어난 전기적 특성은 여전히 유지됩니다.
다양한 난연 및 비 - 난연 XLPE 케이블은 3 가지 기술 (과산화물, 온수 및 조사 교차 결합)으로 제조 될 수 있습니다. 난연 케이블은 모든 종류의 저 연기 저 할로겐 저 연기 할로겐 프리 및 비 연기 비 할로겐 및 A, B, C 3 가지 등급을 포함합니다.

케이블 도체의 최대 단락 온도 ≤ 250ºC
케이블을 눕힐 때의 온도 ≥ 0ºC, 케이블의 최소 굽힘 직경은 다음과 같이 규정됩니다 :
단일 코어 케이블의 경우 : 20 (D + d) ± 5 % (mm)
멀티 코어 케이블 : 15 (D + d) ± 5 % (mm)
