하나. INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

1. E nvironmental conditions : the place without corrosive gas around, little mechanical vibration , few dusts and away from heat source .

For flowmeter for remote transmission, the electromagnetic environment should be provided.

2. Ambient tempe rature: not exceed -15℃ ～ 40℃.

3. Pipeline condition: before installation of flowmeter, the pipeline should be cleaned and blowing to get rid of all impurit ies, rust and dirt. I n general, the connection pipeline should be c oaxial with inlet & outlet of flowmeter, without convex objects inside pipeline. T he flowmeter should adopt unstressed installation, fully considering pipeline stress caused by working temperature.

The Lzx Type Marine Helical Rotor Flowmeter is actually a measuring system to measure the flow of various liquids, in addition to the Spiral Rotor Flowmeter, it can also match piping systems and control valves, as well as filters, LPX, control valves and temperature. Pressure measuring instruments and pressure flow regulating devices can be matched as required.

Helical rotor flowmeter is one of the few kinds of flowmeters which don ' t need straight pipeline before the instrument. M ost of helical rotor flowmeters are required to be mounted on the horizontal pipeline, and partial flowmeters with smaller mouth are allowed to be mounted on the vertical pipeline, because helical rotor flowmeters with big mouth generally are heavy and have big cubage, which are not suitable for mounting on the vertical pipeline.

I n order to repair & maintenance and good flow in usage, in general, the flowmeters should set bypass pipeline during installation. D uring horizontal pipeline installation, the flowmeters should be mounted on the main pipeline generally (as shown in figure 4-21a), during vertical installation, the flowmeters should be mounted on the bypass pipeline generally, to prevent from the impurities deposited in the flowmeters (as shown in figure 4-21b).

T he flow control valve, switch valve and bypass valve should work reliably, for example, if the bypass valve exists any leakage, the measurement accuracy will fell badly. I n order to easy observation and inspection, the cutoff for the bypass pipeline can be composed of two bypass valves in series, and one small mouth leak hunting valve to be set on the connecting short pipes between two valves, then cutoff of the bypass valves can be easily checked.

A ccording to requirements, proper temperature measurement instrument and pressure measurement instrument can be mounted near the inlet of the flowmeter in order to ascertain the temperature and pressure of the fluid to be measured.
